Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped and fulfilled from Singapore.
Processing time: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order(s) to be processed. Do note that at peak periods, processing speed may be impacted.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders: Estimated delivery time 3-5 business days
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
Express shipping: 1-3 business days
International orders: Estimated delivery time 5-24 business days
Standard shipping: 15-24 business days
Express shipping: 5-7 business days
Note: During sales/festive season delivery times might be delayed
How do i check for shipping rates?
Shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout.

What happens if i typed in the wrong address?
Send us an email or contact us through the store's chat icon immediately before your order gets shipped. If your package is returned to us, additional shipping fees applies for us to resend your package.
If the package was not successfully delivered due to a wrong address, we will not re-send it to you unless the package has been returned to us. You may have to make a new order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
XXAN STUDIOS does not process direct exchanges. Returns are subject to our Return Policy.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Modifying or cancelling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the shipment phases. Please contact our Customer Care team immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
Once orders are shipped, cancellation of order is not allowed.
How do I know the item will fit me? OR How does the item fit?
In order to help find the best fit, the following information is available on every product page:
- A size conversion chart to help convert international sizes.
- Product-specific measurements (i.e., sleeve length, pant leg width etc.).
- Size of the garment worn by the model, alongside their specific measurements.
The above can be found in the ‘View Size Guide’ tab on any item’s product page.
Our Customer Care team is always available to answer any questions regarding measurements and fitting.
Are duties and taxes included?
We ship to 25 countries with duties and taxes included. If applicable, duties and taxes will be included in the final price at check out and your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Upon delivery, you will not be required to pay any additional fees.
If duties and taxes are not included in the final price at check out, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
