Size exchanges

If for any reason the sizing does not fit you, we offer a hassle-free size exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth exchange process.

For domestic orders, we offer a one-time size exchange for FREEIf you require another exchange after the initial one, please contact us to discuss the options available.

Unfortunately size exchange is not available for international orders at this time.

 

Eligibility for Size exchange

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, undamaged and with all tags and original packaging.
  • Products such as bottles and underwear cannot be exchanged due to hygiene purposes.
  • You must initiate the size exchange process within 7 days of receiving the item.

 

If you are eligible for the size exchange and would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us via email at customercare@xxanstudios.com or simply send us a message through the store's chat. Provide us with your order number, the item you purchased, and the size you require. Please note that size exchanges are subject to availability.

Size exchange Process

XXAN STUDIOS does not process direct size exchanges. A collection from your address will be arranged on your behalf. If collection is not available at the time, instructions to drop off the package at drop off points will be given.

Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Once we have received and inspected the package, your size replacement arranged to be shipped to your address. 

 

Returns

At XXAN STUDIOS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your return enquiry will be handled on a case by case basis to ensure we are able to best suit your needs. In the unlikely event that the goods you ordered do not meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return/exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return:

 

Initiating a Return

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the product should not be part of any discount or promotional offer. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact.

A collection will be arranged on your behalf from your shipping address. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

 

Return Shipping and Handling Fee

Please note that the shipping fee will not be refunded in the case of returns.  

 

 

Damages

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. To ensure fairness, we have never turned anyone away in the unlikely event of a receiving a faulty good. As such, please send us photo/video evidence so we can assess the situation and better understand how to help.

 

In the unlikely event that you've found to have received a defective/damaged product. Please contact us immediately or within 7 days upon receiving the package. An identical exchange will be arranged on your behalf for completely free of charge. If the replacement is out of stock, a full refund would be issued instead. 

 

At XXAN STUDIOS we value the trust of our supporters and as such, the policies are created to benefit customers for a smooth experience. However, we will not tolerate any abuse in our policies.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene purposes, certain products such as underwear and bottles cannot be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
